When will my order ship?
Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted in our studio. We work hard to make sure that all orders are sent out as soon as possible. Most everything in the shop is made-to-order, and we want to ensure that you receive the best quality craftsmanship. Please allow 2-3 for made-to-order items. Some pieces, specifically bridal diamond rings may take 4-6 weeks depending on the level of intricacy.

All orders under $100 will ship via USPS First-class with tracking. All orders above $100 will be sent USPS Priority Mail. If you have shipping preferences, we can accommodate you.
Shipping internationally outside of the US may result in custom fees. Please check with your customs office to determine what additional costs will be asked of you prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for paying custom fees, taxes, and/or import duties into your country.
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail. If the order you've received is damaged, we are happy to work with you to repair or replace.
What is F of E Repair Policy?
We guarantee the quality of our work for life. Any damages caused by shipping or through basic wear & tear, we are happy to repair. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that not all components are available for replacement.
Depending on the nature of the repair, customers may be responsible for paying a small fee. For example, we are not responsible for repairing jewelry that has been run over by a car, dropped in a garbage disposal, ran over by a lawnmower, etc. We are happy to take a look and assess what work may need to be done. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss shipment and any other questions you may want to ask.
Jewelry purchased through retailers, please contact the store in which the item was purchased to process the repair.
Returns & Exchanges
Most jewelry is made-to-order, therefore, I cannot offer returns for money back at this time. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may exchange the item within 24 hours upon receiving.
Please ensure that all products being returned are in the condition in which you have received them. All returns must be sent back to us within one week of receiving. Facets of Earth is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in the mail. It is in your best interest to file the tracking number for your item being returned.
Gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
How to care for my jewelry
Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted to ensure a lifetime of wear. After all, your jewelry is heirloom quality! There are several tips you can do to prolong the integrity of each piece of jewelry you own.
It is recommended that you remove your jewelry while cleaning, washing dishes, gardening, exercising, outdoor activities, sleeping, showering, or performing any other tasks that may scratch or damage the integrity of your jewelry. It's best to keep your jewelry away from hairspray, lotions, perfumes, cleaning agents, and other harsh chemicals.
For cleaning your products, we recommend using a Sunshine Polishing Cloth and our Klean Karats Gentle Jewelry cleaner.
Opals are highly absorbent. It is best to keep them away from bleach, and clean with a soft brush and mild soap.
